Justin brings over 12 years of experience in the Banking and Mortgage Industry. As a leader in Mortgage Sales and Development, Justin lead a numerous amount of Sub-Prime Finance Companies to record breaking numbers and portfolio growth in the late 1990′s. Progressing quickly, he soon moved on to leading a team from one of Canada’s largest Banks to again setting record breaking results in Mortgage Sales, Compliance and Due Diligence as a Bank Manager. Justin continued his success with a promotion to Regional Sales Manager for one of Canada’s biggest Bank owned Mortgage Brokerages.

Through a 3 year period, Justin lead a New Mortgage Sales Force to growth of 15 Specialists and continuously kept focus on Individual Business Development, Coaching and Industry specific Sales Training. As a defined leader in the Mortgage Industry, and as a Charter Member of The Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, The Independent Mortgages Brokers Association of Ontario, and The Institute of Canadian Bankers; Justin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every client he serves.
