Progressing quickly, he soon moved on to leading a team from one of Canada's largest Banks to again setting record breaking results in Mortgage Sales, Compliance and Due Diligence as a Bank Manager. Justin continued his success with a promotion to Regional Sales Manager for one of Canada's biggest Bank owned Mortgage Brokerages. Through a 3 year period, Justin lead a New Mortgage Sales Force to growth of 15 Specialists and continuously kept focus on Individual Business Development, Coaching and Industry specific Sales Training.
